Marbled Translucent (H16cm) - Classy Square Buffet Display - ZIEHER

Classy Marbled Translucent (H16cm): light as material

More than a simple display, this ZIEHER piece plays a double game: sculptural and understated by day, it becomes a glowing focal point of your buffet once night falls. Its translucent resin catches and diffuses light with the nobility of natural stone.

A Resin That Mimics Marble

Moulded from translucent resin with a marble or alabaster look, this piece captures the veining and subtle variations of natural stone, without the weight or fragility of the original material. Variations in shade and veining are a natural part of the manufacturing process: each base is a slightly unique piece.

From Day to Night, the Same Piece

The open base of this display allows for effective illumination with the ZIEHER LED light, available separately in our Bar & Ambient Lighting section — a dedicated notch on the back neatly houses the wired light's cable. Picture a drinks reception starting just as daylight fades: the marbled base, understated and naturally luminous in its whiteness, sets a neutral, elegant tone. As the evening goes on, the lighting takes over and carries the celebration through to the small hours, with no change of equipment.

The marbled white of this piece also echoes the traditional colour of a bridal gown — a neutral, refined base onto which the couple or their wedding planner can layer the colours chosen for the occasion, from table linen to floral arrangements. Understated by day, elevated by light at night, it adapts to any decor without ever competing with it.

Care

This piece cleans easily by hand. It is not dishwasher-safe: hand washing preserves the resin's look and texture over time.
