The newest and most substantial in the range, Evolution takes the fundamentals of Cabrio and Village and pushes them further. Its vintage bicycle-style handlebar turns horizontal rather than vertical — a choice that frees up worktop space instead of taking it up, for a noticeably more generous prep station.
A Worktop Built for Service
At 105 x 50 cm as standard, Evolution's worktop far exceeds that of its two range companions. A fold-out shelf adds a further 26 cm on request, for services that need even more prep space — a real asset in the middle of a rush.
A Design Built for the Surprise Factor
Its large two-tone wheels and vintage bicycle-style handlebar with hand brakes are more than a styling touch: they're the signal that something special is starting.
