The Atlantic Buffet System – A Line by Paderno

The Atlantic Buffet System (ABS) offers the professional chafing dish in two formats — round and rectangular — and three installation modes: on stand for full autonomy on the floor, built-in for a discreet countertop integration, and top unit for maximum flexibility on any heat source. A line with a clean design and mirror finish, developed by Sambonet Paderno to combine elegance and professional standards.

A System Built for Intensive Use

The fully removable lid makes thorough daily cleaning easy. Its gradual closing mechanism ensures comfortable handling in the room, with no sudden movement or unwanted noise in front of your guests.

Full Autonomy on the Floor

Set on its stainless steel legs, this chafing dish can be placed anywhere on your buffet, with no countertop or cutout required — a mobile solution that adapts to every event setup.

What You'll Need for a Complete Set-up

This chafing dish is compatible with an electric heating plate. For a complete set-up, you'll need: an electric heating plate (the thermostat remains optional, for finer temperature control) and a GN 1/1 food pan, in stainless steel or porcelain (sold separately).
