GN 1/9 Polypropylene Gastronorm Container, with a Built-in Label

In a professional kitchen, a successful mise en place depends as much on organisation as on taste. This PADERNO container combines the GN 1/9 size, which fits Gastronorm cold rooms, cabinets and worktops, with a built-in label so you can see at a glance what it holds, and since when.

In-Mould Labelling (IML)

The label is placed in the mould before the polypropylene is injected: it becomes part of the container wall. No more paper labels to stick on and peel off, no more glue residue. The label stays clear wash after wash. Write the information needed for your HACCP plan, such as the product or packaging dates, with a suitable marker: it all washes off in the dishwasher.

From Storage to Mise en Place

Withstanding -40 °C to +100 °C, this container goes from the freezer to the cold room and on to the worktop. With the colour lids and clips of the range, you can give each product family its own colour: an instant visual guide for the whole kitchen team.

Good to Know

Polypropylene containers are not suitable for steam tables. To keep food hot during service, choose our porcelain GN containers.
