GN 2/3 - White Induction Porcelain Gastronorm Container - PADERNO

The GN 2/3 induction compatible porcelain container, for an elegant hot buffet

Keeping a dish hot without giving up a beautiful presentation: this is what this PADERNO induction compatible porcelain container offers. It combines the precision of the gastronorm system, the convenience of induction and the elegance of tableware.

The gastronorm system, a common language for kitchen and buffet

The GN 2/3 size combines with the other gastronorm sizes: together with a GN 1/3 container, it fills a GN 1/1 frame. Combined with other sizes (1/3, 1/6…), it creates a flexible buffet, adapted to the number of guests and the variety of your menu. It fits chafing dishes, buffet counters and display cases in gastronorm size.

A generous depth

At 6.5 cm deep, this container holds generous dishes: gratins, roast vegetables, slow-cooked dishes, mixed salads or spoon desserts.

Induction, heat without a flame

Placed on an induction hob or warmer, this container allows hot service without a flame or water bath, directly in the serving dish. White porcelain brings out the colours of your dishes and suits every setting, from hotel breakfast to reception buffet. It is dishwasher safe and stackable for compact storage.

PADERNO, an Italian house serving chefs since 1925

Founded in 1925 in Paderno Dugnano, near Milan, under the name Alluminio Paderno, the company first made aluminium cookware. In the 1970s, it turned to the hotel and professional catering trade. Today it offers more than 10,000 products, sold in over 120 countries. Casier des Chefs has selected from its catalogue the pieces that link the kitchen to the dining room, for buffets that are as practical to serve as they are pleasant to look at.
