Two Simple Steps

Place the upturned glass on the sponge soaked in lemon or lime juice to moisten the rim, then dip it into the salt or sugar tray. The result is even from one glass to the next, from the classic Margarita to the Martini.

Designed for Service

The trays are labelled to avoid mixing salt and sugar, and fold onto each other to free up the work surface. Also ideal for flavoured or coloured salts and sugars, such as the rimmers in our Cocktail Garnishes & Flavourings section, to sign your creations.
