Despite what its double window might suggest, this chafing dish holds just one single food pan: the lid's two glass portholes simply offer a wider view onto the same dish, with no divider or separation. A signature look of the Atlantic glass-top line, not a double compartment.

Plug & Play Assembly

The electric heating plate isn't simply set in place: it fits into a dedicated housing, complete with guides and a locking system (wing screws or quick-clamp buttons, depending on the model), ensuring stable contact and optimal heat conduction. Assembly is Plug & Play: no screwdriver or complex tools needed for daily use. Quick guided connectors also make it easy to take apart for a deep clean of the stainless steel components.

Thermostat: an Option, Not a Requirement

The electric heating plate works on its own, without a thermostat. A thermostat remains an option for buffets that want finer control over the bain-marie temperature: it connects between the plate and the mains socket (230V) via a secure, sealed multi-pin industrial connector. Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

For a complete set-up, you'll need: an electric heating plate (the thermostat remains optional, for finer temperature control) and a suitable GN 1/1 food pan, in stainless steel or porcelain (sold separately).
