GN 1/1 Airtight Lid with Overmoulded Seal

The seal of this PADERNO lid is overmoulded: it is part of the lid, with nothing to remove or put back. Placed on a GN 1/1 built-in label polypropylene container of the range, it gives an airtight closure for cold room storage and mise en place. The moulded relief in the centre makes the lid easier to grip when opening it.
