GN 1/4 - Polypropylene Lid - PADERNO

GN 1/4 Polypropylene Lid, a Colour Code for Your Mise en Place

Give each product family its own colour, and the whole kitchen team finds its way, from storage to preparation. This PADERNO lid fits the GN 1/4 built-in label polypropylene containers of the range, forming a complete identification system.

A Familiar Colour Code in the Kitchen

The colour code widely used in professional kitchens sorts product families as follows:

• Red 🔴 raw meat
• Blue 🔵 fish and seafood
• Yellow 🟡 cooked meat
• Green 🟢 fruit and vegetables
• Purple 🟣 dishes for people with allergies

Although it is not a legal requirement, this code helps prevent cross-contamination as part of your HACCP plan. The translucent version lets you see the contents from above, so you can identify them without lifting the lid, in addition to the translucent walls of the container.
