Stainless Steel Drainer Plate for GN Containers, Keeping Food Dry

Fish, marinated meat, raw vegetables, fried food or food being thawed: as soon as food releases liquid, it loses its texture. This PADERNO drainer plate slides into the bottom of the gastronorm container and creates a false bottom where liquid collects, away from the food.

In the Cold Room and in the Display Counter

In storage, it helps keep food that releases water. In the display counter or on the buffet, it keeps the presentation neat until the last service. It lifts out easily to empty and clean the container.
