ZIEHER has been designing tableware and buffet staging collections for upscale hospitality and fine dining since 1986. Recognised for more than 30 years by luxury hotels and leading restaurants, the German house has become a design reference for the professional tabletop and buffet world.

Functional sculptures as much as serving tools, ZIEHER's creations play with noble materials — glass, slate, stainless steel, wood, porcelain, through to rarer materials such as carbon, ebony or walnut — and bold silhouettes, turning every presentation into a true staging moment. The house also collaborates with recognised figures of the trade, such as German sommelier Silvio Nitzsche for its Vision wine glass series.
