Three Simple Steps

Place the cloche over the glass, slide the smoking gun hose into the side inlet and let the smoke fill the space. Remove the hose, wait according to the intensity you want, then lift the cloche by its knob at the moment of serving. The cloche sits directly on the bar counter, a tray or a serving board.

Which Size to Choose?

The glass must fit entirely under the cloche: compare the diameter and height of your glasses with the dimensions below (external dimensions). The Ø12 cm suits straight glasses such as tumblers or old fashioned glasses; the Ø18 cm takes wider glasses, coupes and stemmed glasses.
