Quick and Easy During Service

Simply place a little wood dust in the burn chamber and light it: the smoke is directed through the flexible hose into the covered glass, carafe or cloche. In seconds, the drink takes on a woody aroma without being heated, which is the whole principle of cold smoking. Whisky, negroni, old fashioned, as well as mocktails and infusions: different wood types let you vary the aromas to suit your menu. The smoking gun can also be used in the dining room for cheese or desserts presented under a cloche.

Cleaning Between Services

The burn chamber and filters can be removed for cleaning, using the brush and screwdriver supplied. Three mesh filters are included in the kit.
